One of the main tasks of our organization on competitive markets – is qualitative supply of aircraft parts and units for Russian and international operators and also recognition of our company as the leading supplier of qualitative aircraft parts and units for exploiting and modernization of Russian aviation equipments.
The main aims of open joint-stock company «Aviazapchast» are:

permanent parts and units quality improvement by selecting manufacturer which provides the best quality;

aviation equipment service providing improvement according to customer requirements;

expansion of the «Aviazapchast» aircraft parts supply sector;

modernization and aftersales service of aerotechnics;

creation of the necessary conditions to meet the needs of the customer relative to the quality of the products by selecting manufacturer which provides the best quality;

creation of the necessary conditions for efficient use of financial and other resources;
-
increase of service effectiveness quality during the product life cycle to prevent requirement mismatch;
To achieve the main aims of the company it is necessary to solve the following tasks.

effective technical, organizational and other factors control, which influences on quality of the supplied products;

preventing and elimination of any mismatch in engineering process of the company according to standard requirements;

usage of standards, procedures and techniques to provide quality management according to «Aviazapchast» activity;

decreasing of the non-productive resources costs (expenditures);
-
introduction and development of quality control system in accordance with GOST R ISO 9001-2001, GOST RV 15.002-2003.

providing the access to aircraft parts, units and services of «Aviazapchast» data base through information networks.
Management quality concepts
Introduction and development of «Aviazapchast» quality control system is based on the following concepts:

the priority of the customer requirements concerned quality, i.e. to assure that the customer requirements will be realized during «Aviazapchast» activity;

preventing nonconformity of quality, i.e. to assure preventing but not revealing the problems;
-
complex quality decision, i.e. realization of the technical-organizational measures for every product life cycle to provide qualitative supply of AE and AET, company’s activity and resource management;

usage of economic techniques to provide quality, including factor and condition accounting and analysis, and also quality costs, systematic estimation of «Aviazapchast» economic efficiency of the quality management system;
-
availability of resources for «Aviazapchast» activity;
-
strict distribution of staff responsibility and authority according to activity process, which influences on quality and equipment supply;
-
personal responsibility of the company’s management concerning supply, development, introduction and efficiency control of the «Aviazapchast» quality management system, quality system direction determination, formation and general management to provide qualitative supply;
-
responsibility, self-control and team motivation to provide qualitative services and activity of «Aviazapchast».
