License No.6200-A-AT-II, dated January, 30, 2008 – for manufacturing aviation equipment including dual-purpose aviation equipment including functional testing, preservation activities, engineering supervision activities; make-up of aircraft and units, supply of consumable materials, ground support equipment, training, auxiliary equipment, spare parts for aircraft.


License No. 886K, dated February 26, 2008 – for processing information from remote sensing satellites.


License No. 10160-AТ-П, dated March, 27, 2009 for manufacturing aviation and dual use equipment including functional testing, preservation, making-up ground equipment, simulators and spare parts for arms and military aviation equipment.


License No. 10174-AT-Рм, dated March, 27, 2009 for repairing arms and military equipment including functional testing, preservation, making-up ground equipment, simulators and spare parts for arms and military aviation equipment.

Since 2002 “Aviazapchast” PLC is certified according to ISO-9001-2001 (Certificate of quality conformity of defence industry plants №6300.310690/RU dated November 14, 2007) concerning aviation equipment supply, purchase, storage and aircraft overhaul (including dual-purpose aircraft).

According to modern requirements “Aviazapchast” PLC has:

• Certificate of conformity with the standards of the International Aviation Committee МСТМАК 007-01-03 (Certificate № АТИ 08607 dated October 25, 2007) as a supplier of aviation equipment.


• Certificate of conformity with the requirements of Federal aviation authorities and supervising bodies, given by an authorized enterprise – State Research Institute for Civil Aviation №АТИ 140806.006 dated October 15, 2007 for aviation equipment supply for civil aviation.

“Aviazapchast” PLC is a private company and its activities are approved by international and Russian business community. It is proved by the Company membership in Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (registration № 1488, dated July 1, 2001) and by membership in Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (registration №: 120-406, dated August 31, 2004).
