«Aviazapchast» PLC was created as join-stock company of state company «Aviazagranpostavka».

«Aviazagranpostavka» was created in 1968 as aviation industry export trade corporation (USSR Council of Ministers directive, 26.12.1967 and MAI directive, 19.01.1968). The company activities were aimed to systematic operation, exploitation and complete overhaul of the soviet aviation equipment sold abroad.

3. Company «Aviazapchast» 10.05.1990 (composed of «Aviaexport», on CEC “Sputnik” basis). Basis: Order of USSR Ministry of aircraft production 10.05.1990, № 210.

4. State company «Aviazapchast» registered by MRC 12.03.1992, № 009271.

2.Open joint-stock company «Aviazapchast» 18.04.1996. Basis: decision of the Common stockholders' meeting, report №3, 18.04.1996.
